besides the obvious...the end of another arduous workweek...
...i love being able to remove the monkey from my shoulders and relax with my wife, sitting in front of the tv to watch banal television, sipping some red wine, without the necessity of tomorrow's work day consuming our conversation and psyches...
...yes, we both are blessed with wonderful careers that pay us well...
...yes, we both enjoy our jobs and work very hard to maintain them...
...but, also yes, we need our down time...
...and for me, it is doubly so...
...i not only work long and strenuous hours at my day job, a vocation, btw, that i truly enjoy, but i also have this little thing called livelife365 that sucks up the rest of my waking hours...
leading me to remind myself, daily, of the need to balance...
this video is one of many expounding my feelings on said subject...
while watching both these vids at one setting may result in a paradoxical overload, the bottom line, while always striving to attain the balance necessary to live one's life to its fullest, is that we must attempt to do both...
now while i am not a big egg eater, this vid never fails to make my mouth water...how about yours?
despite their nefarious rep, eggs are actually more healthier for you than one may think...
loaded with protein, but with less cholesterol and bad stuff, this sandwich is a killer way to start the day and keep you filled with the good stuff to get you through the day...
i have a book coming out in a few weeks called, "we could change the world...if we wanted to."
it is a passionate project that i have been working on for a few years...along with the book, which is in the last polish/edit phase, i have a finished song that is my best musical effort yet...
...i am also in the process of making the video that will tie all of the above together...
...to say the least, this is an arduous process, but one filled with great effort and satisfaction...
...this weekend i am putting the final touches on getting the book ready for publishing...and just selected this pic for the author photo...let me know what ya think...
given that the book is about all the ways that we can change the world for the better, i felt that this photo represents what mike foster is all about on that topic...
i also uploaded this new video for your viewing pleasure...
my vids have been very popular on my website, livelife365.com, as well as other sites...but this milestone on youtube takes all that i am trying to do to the next level...
My wife and I take a whole food
multivitamin that's reasonably
priced. Purple and Green Pops
are for people who want to eat
more fruits and veggies every
day. I highly recommend them.
